Shipping: Once your order is placed, it will take us 2-3 days to dispatch. If you need your order more urgently, please email us at: info@scouteditions.co.uk and we'll try our best to post it out sooner and also use quicker postal service which may incur an additional cost. For all UK and Overseas orders, we post out via Royal Mail 1st Class. If its is over 2kg, we will post via Parcel Force or another courier service. We ship internationally, costs of shipping are noted at the shopping cart process. It can take from 2-5 days for delivery to UK, 7-9 days for Europe and 7-14 days for the Rest of the World. With national holidays and holiday periods, this will take a little longer.
Shipping to U.S (Update Nov 2025): New U.S. tariffs have come into effect on August 29, 2025. We paused our shipping to the US temporarily, but have now started to return to shipping to the US again. Total cost at check-out will be the final cost you pay, as we shall pay any tariff fees at our end upfront, so that you don’t need to. What you see at the check-out is final. Refund Policy: Unused and unopened products maybe returned in their original condition for a refund to Scout Editions within 14 calendar days of receipt of the item for a full refund less any Postage and Packaging costs and/or gifts wrapping costs paid by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please email info@scouteditions.co.uk and we shall try our best to respond within 48 hours.
